The child, only 13 years old, had terrible marks on her neck

A mother in the United States experienced a harrowing ordeal when her daughter emerged from her room in tears, clutching her neck in agony. The 13-year-old displayed alarming marks resembling strangulation wounds.

Surprisingly, the cause of these injuries was traced back to the girl’s cell phone.

While conversing with a friend with her phone plugged into a wall charger, the presence of a metal necklace led to an electric arc, resulting in severe burns.

Following this distressing incident, the mother lodged a complaint with the mobile operator, who agreed to cover the medical expenses required for the child’s treatment.
