How to Keep Head Lice Away from Children (and Adults!)

Dealing with head lice can be challenging for parents, but prevention might be easier than you think. Incorporating tea tree oil into your daily routine is a highly effective method.

Kim Wright, a mom, shared a valuable tip on Facebook just in time for the back-to-school season. She suggests preventing lice infestations by adding a few drops of tea tree oil to your children’s shampoo or making a diluted tea tree oil spray for their hair.

Wright notes that this all-natural solution not only combats lice effectively but also acts as a deterrent against mosquitoes.

Despite parents’ best efforts, some children may still get lice. If this happens, several effective methods are available for eliminating them.

Adults can also be affected by lice, so using the tea tree oil spray as a preventive measure for yourself can be highly beneficial. Although lice infestations can be bothersome, taking these proactive steps can help keep your family lice-free.
