400 g penne pasta
200 g skinless Italian sausage
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

3. Add onions and garlic to the pot and saute until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the diced peppers, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
