I wore it at my wedding, and I want to pass it on to my grandkids. I only have one son, so for his wedding, I wanted his bride to wear it. She smiled politely and agreed On the wedding day, I was horrified. She had fully altered the design and cut it into a short dress. Worse, my son knew He came to me and declared, \u201cIt\u2019s her day, Mom!\u201d He added, \u201cNever did I imagine you\u2019d ask her such a thing.
